Pop Up Store Managers

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a proven, high-energy and customer service focused leaders to build our customer experience, retail operations, brand awareness and operations in our pop-up stores in Miami Beach, FL and Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities 

  • Hire, coach, lead, and develop a staff that reflects our core values and provides a phenomenal customer experience. 
  • Maintain merchandising standards at all time and train your team to do the same.
  • Implement all processes and procedures regarding inventory management, product receipts, transfers, sales and scheduling. 
  • Introduce and train your team on all corporate policies and standards.
  • Achieve store profitability by managing expenses, discounts and other controllable expenses. 
  • Manage and plan schedules that optimize customer experience and profitability.
  • Spend significant time selling to identify customer needs, build team spirit and act as a store and market leader for the company.
  • Maintain a warm, fun, and inspiring environment for both employees and customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail management experience. 
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to gain respect and trust quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing the highest level of customer service at all times

These opportunities are centrally located in the South Beach section of Miami Beach, FL and Center City Philadelphia, PA.

Hourly pay plus commission based on store performance

Meal allowance

60% discount on select items

 

*A commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per week work schedule (including weekends) from late September 2017 – early January 2018 is required.
