Working with materials that carry their own weight and character—rare stones and metal used in ways that cannot be replicated—means these pieces are not planned in a sketchbook; they are found in the moment. Because the work is shaped by whatever floats to the surface for our designer at her design table, each piece is a one-off creation.
Every creation at the JulRe Designs Studio is made entirely by Juliet, from the selection of each stone through the final completion of the work. The process is unhurried by design. From stone selection through completion, a single creation can take days or weeks, because the time belongs to the work, not a schedule. Each creation is made once and each story is told once. That is not a production limitation but the philosophical foundation of everything created in this studio. Because gemstones of the same variety carry their own depth of color, tone and character, no two creations are ever exactly alike, and that variation is precisely what makes each one entirely yours.
