The JulRe Designs Studio exists because I believed I could fill a void — truly original jewelry that speaks to a woman about who she is through the lens of color.

That belief came from years of personal image consulting, sitting across from women who thought they needed to look a certain way and slowly helping them understand that what they actually needed was permission to look like themselves. The listening that defined that work never left. It simply moved to the design table.

What most people don't see when they look at the jewelry is what it actually takes to build something entirely your own. Running a small business is genuinely hard in ways that are difficult to explain to anyone who hasn't done it. The JulRe Designs Studio is independently owned and driven — and when the work calls for it, I am fortunate to collaborate with people who are brilliant, passionate about fashion, art and culture and who make the work better every time. The love and support of my family makes everything else possible.

Philadelphia is where the studio lives and where I finally feel at home. After years in the New York area it was this city — its energy, its color, its refusal to be anything other than exactly what it is — that gave me the same permission I had always tried to give my clients.

Color has always been the constant. Not as decoration but as language — the way it holds memory, signals intention, changes how a woman carries herself when she puts on something made entirely for her. That belief is what this studio was built on and what every design is created from.
