Shipping

The JulRe Designs Studio accepts all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

In-stock jewelry ships within 2 business days of completed purchase. Estimated shipping times for made-to-order pieces are noted on individual product pages. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once your order is on its way.

All US orders are delivered via FREE USPS Priority Mail within 2–3 business days.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

Every effort is made to represent each piece accurately through photography and description. Questions before purchasing are always welcome.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on all eligible jewelry items, provided they are unworn and returned in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If a piece arrives defective or damaged in transit, a prepaid return label will be provided — contact us first for a return authorization.

The JulRe Designs Studio recommends shipping returns with delivery confirmation. Items lost or stolen in return transit are not our responsibility.

Made-to-order and custom design pieces are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards may be redeemed online toward any jewelry purchase on the site. They cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, reloaded, resold or transferred. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, and promotions may not be applied to Gift Card purchases. No sales tax is charged on Gift Card purchases.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced without satisfactory proof of purchase.
