Payment & Shipping 

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We ship all items within 1-2 business days of the completed transaction. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your purchase has been expedited.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. The following shipping methods are in effect at this time:

First Class Mail (FREE with purchases of $100 or more - US only)
First Class Mail International (in Canada only)
Priority Mail
Priority Mail Express (available in the US only)

Canadian Customers: All duties, taxes and fees are due by the buyer upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for observing all customs rules and regulations.

We offer international shipping to Canada only at this time.

We pride ourselves in providing depictions and descriptions that are as accurate as possible but please feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly take returns for a refund for all items (unless otherwise noted) as long as items are returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and in the packaging they were shipped in. We strongly suggest that you ship items in a manner that includes delivery confirmation. All sale and custom design items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees, if applicable, are not reimbursable or refundable.

e-Gift Cards
JulRe Designs e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online. e-Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. e-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase an e-Gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of an e-Gift card.

JulRe Designs will not replace lost or stolen e-Gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.
