      Google Pay and PayPal for items from all JulRe Designs Studio Jewelry collections.


      We are currently shipping all ready-to-wear/in stock jewelry items 

      within 2 business days after the completed transaction. Please see individual 

      product pages for estimated shipping times for Made-to-Order jewelry items. 

      You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number 

      once your purchase has been expedited.


      All items are delivered in the US as follows via United States Postal Service (USPS):


      Ground Advantage - Delivery in 3-4 business days 


      Priority Mail - FREE with any $100+ order - Delivery in 2-3 business days 


      Priority Mail Express - Delivery in 1 business day 


      We do not offer international shipping at this time.



      Returns


      We pride ourselves in providing depictions and descriptions that are as accurate 

      as possible but please feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing. 

      In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly 

      take returns for a refund for all jewelry items (unless otherwise noted) 

      as long as items are returned within 14 days of receipt. 

      Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

      If the item is being returned due to a defect or has been damaged during shipping, 

      we will provide a free return shipping label however you must first 

      contact us for a return authorization. (see our hours below)


      Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and 

      in the packaging they were shipped in. We strongly suggest that you ship 

      return jewelry items in a manner that includes delivery confirmation. 

      We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. 


      All made-to-order and custom design jewelry items are FINAL SALE 

      and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees, if applicable, 

      are not reimbursable or refundable.

       

      eGift Cards


      Our eGift Cards can be redeemed online for all jewelry products 

      on our website. eGift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for 

      cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, 

      except where required by law. eGift cards cannot be used t

      o purchase other eGift cards. Promotions and other special offers

       may not be used to purchase an eGift card. No sales tax will be 

      charged on the purchase of an eGift card.


      JulRe Designs LLC will not replace lost or stolen 

      eGift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.
