My Tasty Turmeric Tonic Recipe
Turmeric Tonic at abc Kitchen, NYC
My most recent healthy beverage discovery comes from weekend brunch at the renowned abc Kitchen by Jean-Georges in New York City. The entire meal was divine but the standout was the Turmeric Tonic. In case you weren't aware, the main ingredient contains a compound called curcumin, which boasts amazing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. I couldn't wait to get home and try to recreate it and since sharing is caring, here's my recipe. I hope you'll try it!
